1. The software is provided as is

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

2. What this software is

Sobecký Lachtan is a client for Webshare.cz. Without an account on that service it does nothing: every file it can reach comes from Webshare, requested with your own credentials.

It hosts no content, stores no content, indexes no content and distributes no content. It asks Webshare what it has and shows the answer, in the same way a web browser shows you a page it did not write. Nothing is copied to, kept on, or served from any system belonging to the author.

What exists on that service, whether it is lawful, and whether you are permitted to access it, is a matter between you and the operator of that service. The author of this software has no part in it, no control over it, and no responsibility for it.

3. What you agree to

By using this software you agree that:

• You will comply with the laws that apply to you.
• You will not use it to obtain, copy, distribute or make available any

material you do not hold the rights to, or are not otherwise permitted to access.

• You will not use it to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or

other rights.

• You will not use it to harm, harass or defraud anyone, and you will not use

it to circumvent protections you are not entitled to circumvent.

4. Where responsibility lies

The author supplies a tool. How it is used is your decision and your responsibility alone. If you use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights, that is your act and not the author's, and the author bears no liability for it.

5. No guarantee of service

The application, the website and the update service may change, break or stop at any time and without notice. Nothing here promises that any of them will be available or will keep working.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. When they do, you are asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the application.
